Processing & Delivery Time
We are a small studio and we print your orders on demand, once payment has been received. All orders are packed by us in our office in Santa Monica, CA. We will process all orders within 5-7 business days of receipt. The prints typically take 3-4 business days to make and then we need to ship them off to you. You will receive email confirmations along the way.
Shipping in United States
Shipping is FREE in the United States. Yay! Your print will be shipped in a cardboard tube via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping in the USA typically takes 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once it’s gone out.
We ship worldwide for a flat rate of $45. Since you are far from us it does cost extra. Your print will be shipped in a cardboard tube via USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping time varies depending on how far you are from Los Angeles, however it usually takes 6-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once it’s gone out.
Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns on damaged items. If you receive your print and it’s damaged, please notify us within 7 days by replying to the confirmation email you received when you ordered. We will provide the return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved.
All returned items must arrive unused and in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the items, a full refund will be made within 30 days. The shipping costs are not refundable.
